All of our projects are entirely crowd-funded! Don't know what that means? Don't worry! It’s just a fancy word to say that our friends, our friends of friends, (and even their friends!) have helped us spread the news about Barkat’s work and have donated small amounts to fund all of our projects. We’ve had little 5-year-old children putting 10 rupee notes (an equivalent of less than 10 cents!) in our donation boxes to students, homemakers, and working professionals donating as much as they conveniently can to help us out with our work!
